LEADERSHIP

JOSH LANGEMANN
PRESIDENT

Since starting the company over 20 years ago, Joshua Langemann continues to drive both integrity and excellence at Can/Am Technologies. He has a passion for connecting with people, both in person and through software. Clients quickly become friends and advisers as the company grows and the flagship product, Teller, advances.

Josh is intensely motivated to create software that gets out of the way, enabling people to do their jobs without nonsense or added steps. He is careful to honor commitments and serves our customers well.

As a husband and a father of seven children, Josh also leads a busy and rewarding life outside of work. His hobbies include golf and violin.

SCOTT STICKEL
V.P. OF SALES AND MARKETING

Scott Stickel has been in executive management roles for local and state government software companies for over 25 years. He has experience in implementation, customer service, software development, marketing, and sales. Scott is very client focused and feels that more companies should realize that clients are why they are in business. His personal and professional journey is to help people and make their lives better.

Outside interest includes golf, outdoor activities, and Qigong practice.

CARLA HASTMAN
V.P. OF FINANCE

Carla Hastman has served organizations in Administration and Finance for over 20 years. Carla manages the Can/Am Finance department, leading the day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support to projects. Her focus is on making effective and productive systems that benefit both the company and its team members.

In her free time, Carla enjoys gardening, and spending time with her family. 

DANIEL LANGEMANN

PROJECT ENIGINEERING LEAD

Daniel serves Can/Am as the project engineering and operations lead. He oversees technical development and application deployment for client projects and is responsible for the health of the Teller application infrastructure.

Daniel is passionate about product quality and brings a strong “can do” attitude to every endeavor, motivating team members to joyfully pursue excellence.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys playing music, serving his local church, and exploring the Colorado outdoors.

NOAH ARDRON

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Noah serves Can/Am’s clients and staff through leading the Project Implementation and Production Support Teams. He oversees the implementation of client projects and manages the continued support of live clients. 

Noah is passionate about people and, whether technical, business, or interpersonal, he loves helping them solve their problems and experience the joy of a solution.

In his spare time, Noah enjoys making, writing, and listening to music, hiking, backpacking, biking, skiing, volleyball, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.

IGOR PIETRASZKO

PRODUCT LEAD

Igor is a seasoned product lead spearheading Can/Am’s Teller line of products. He is committed to delivering user-centric products that drive business growth. As an expert in product design and management, Igor manages the entire lifecycle of Can/Am’s products, starting from conceptualization to launch and beyond. He prioritizes creating intuitive software that’s user-friendly, allowing Can/Am’s customers to focus on their work without being bogged down by complex software.

Off the clock, Igor can be found indulging in his love for biking, fishing, camping, scuba diving, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
